An alternative to the original YakStick Mud Anchor, the lightweight YakGear – YakStick Floating Stake-Out Stick provides effortless and silent anchoring in shallow waters. Available in 6ft, Stake-Out sticks are a preferred anchoring method in shallow coastal waters as well as in shallow lakes and streams. The new multi-purpose handle design allows for a firm grip when pushing through a variety of hard bottoms and can be flipped around to be used as a push pole mud foot or push off. The YakStick shaft is made of 7/8″ vertical and horizontal pultrusion-formed fiberglass, giving it unsurpassed strength. Its handle and point are made of rigid nylon and best of all, it floats!

Scupper plugs act as sealant to the self-bailing scupper holes to keep extra water out of the cockpit of your sit-on-top kayak. Adding a properly sized rivet is the strongest, fastest, and simplest way to install a compatible accessory onto your kayak. This rivet tool comes with 4 interchangeable bits for using your preferred rivet size. The comfort grips ensure that the tool will not slip out while you are tightening your rivets. A wrench, which stores nicely in the handle, easily changes out the bit size wherever you are. It also weighs less than a pound, so you can take it with you anywhere it’s needed. Instructions and tips for use are included. Rivets are sold separately. YakGear recommends using a YakGear Tri-Grip Rivet Kit when customizing your kayak.

The Deluxe Anchor Trolley will help you stop being a victim of changing winds and currents while fishing in the anchored position. The YakGear Deluxe Anchor Trolley Kit allows deployment of any anchor, drift chute, or stakeout pole before judging the current and wind while still remaining in a favorable fishing position. Without a trolley you are limited to anchoring to where you can reach, causing your boat to swing back and forth. Mounted just off one gunwale of any kayak or canoe, the deluxe trolley kit uses a nylon pulley system to select a desirable position anywhere from bow to stern, then maintains the positioning through the use of a 2-5/16 inch mini zigzag cleat. The deluxe system uses Harken pulleys to seamlessly pass trolley rope from bow to stern, without the standard rubbing of rope along slightly less smooth pad eyes. The mounted pulleys are raised off the boat enough to eliminate any unnecessary rubbing or scratching of the boat. As always, this complete kit comes with all stainless steel installation hardware, installation instructions, and rigging tips from YakGear. Waterproof silicone and anchor recommended, but not included.
